I started shooting pictures when my father gave me a Zeiss Icon box camera back in the late 40’s. This was replaced with a Kodak Brownie and then with a Kodak Pony 135, and finally an Argus C3, which served me well for many years. Photography, however, is an insidious, challenging, all consuming mistress. It demands more and more time and more and more equipment. I’ve been fortunate in being able to blend a vocation, owning a small advertising agency, with my hobby, allowing me to experiment with many aspects of photography from 4x5 large format, 2-1/4 x 2-1/4 medium format, through 35mm and now of course, digital.
I have no particular specialty or love; I take pictures of virtually everything and anything. And, with the advent small, high quality digital cameras, I am never without. This website is a hodge-podge of my work over the last several years. I offer the images for your enjoyment and invite your comments – simply contact me.
